NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS
First Year Membership Dues for New Applicant is $50 per person. Each consecutive year thereafter will be $40 per person
or $55 per married couple if both paid the first year membership.
If you rent a lot on the hill the rental amount is $100 per lot and $75 for each additional lot you occupy. The annual
water fee is $30.00.
